Here at Sam and Sun, we’re not just a business; we’re a family. We have started our business almost 30 years ago. We manufacture, wholesale as well as retail gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry. Our products range from semi-precious stones such as Apatite, Garnet, Topaz, Amethyst, Tsavorite, Tanzanite, Peridot, Zircon, etc to rare precious stones like Ruby and Sapphires. We also deal with smaller size diamonds. On top of that, if you are searching for rarer stones, such as Benitoite, Rhodochrosite, and Demantoid, which can be extremely difficult to obtain, we will try our best to find them for you.
We only deal with natural products. Natural products in this case mean earthly mined. We DO NOT sell any synthetics or any lab made products. Our stones and diamonds are guaranteed to be 100% natural. If a customer wishes to obtain a certificate on any stones, we are more than happy to provide you with one.
We purchase our stones from the trusted suppliers from various sources, such as Chantaburi Market, Jaipur, Burma, Africa, etc. These suppliers have been dealing with us for a very long time; therefore, we can ensure you that our stones are of excellent grade, color, and clarity. In addition, we have been doing business with them for a very long time; therefore, we are able to obtain the stones at a lower price, by which we can provide them to you at a lower price as well. Hence, our customers are purchasing excellent products at a much discounted price.
We provide a 14 days inspection period upon receiving the items. You can take your time to inspect the items, and if somehow, you wish to return them, you can definitely do so. We will not ask you any questions, and we will give you a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Nevertheless, if there is any concern on the products, and you believe that it can be solved without returning the items, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you fix the problem.
